The vast and beautiful Strathclyde Country Park covers more than 1,000 acres / 405 hectares in the North Lanarkshire area nearby Glasgow, in the Clyde Valley. Strathclyde Country Park is rich in wildlife and full of attractions, including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and water skiing on the scenic Strathclyde Loch, angling, football, hockey, many other sports facilities and there is also a popular theme park.
